Make the bug-tracker public again

Closing access to the bug tracker was a big step against open-source.

You CEO knows your customers want “open source” (see the transcript of the interview commented here: https://forums.zimbra.org/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=71543) and “open source” goes with “open bug-tracker”.

Bugzilla was an excellent tool for the community. We could see the open bugs, discuss them (as users of the tool), propose work-arounds, open RFE and vote for them. It was a key piece of the community built around Zimbra (with the forum and the wiki) and closing it was the worst step that was taken against community.

If you don’t want to work with bugzilla, then use another tool and make it public so anyone can open an account and use it. You could also use GitHub features for that.
