Hello, We have some problems with our Outlook client on my MacBook. We are right now with Zimbra 9.0.0 and we try to remove the IMAP protocol from our system. In our server, we have the licence to have the EWS protocol. We find how to connect the EWS protocol with Outlook on Mac but we have some problems. When we write email on the Mail software, the conversation are in one group by conversation. When we are in Outlook with the EWS protocol, it doesn’t work and every messages are separate. We try to click on group conversations. But the option isn’t working on Outlook when the email are configured with EWS. When the email is configured with the IMAP protocol, it is working (As you can see in the screenshot). We try to remove the IMAP protocol but the group conversation is only working with the IMAP protocol. Do you know if it is possible to group the conversation on Outlook on MacOs with the EWS protocol?Do you have the answer about ZBUG-548?
